COVID-19 Update for Gorges Grant Hotel & Raspberri’s Restaurant, Juniper Hill Inn and The Milestone

Our highest priority is the health and safety of our associates, guests, neighbors, family, and friends.  As we navigate the challenges of COVID-19, our team has arrived at the most difficult moment we have ever faced since opening our doors.  Based on the Governor’s recent Executive Order, we will not be accepting guests through June 30, 2020.  We are currently considering opening our Juniper Hill Inn location June 14, 2020 to Maine residents and out-of-state residents who have fulfilled Maine’s quarantine guidelines only.  This crisis is fluid, and changes occur frequently.  Please visit this page for updates and information.

Our community will get through this together, as long as we put the good of society before the good of ourselves.  There is no perfect solution in a time like this, but please rest assured we are dedicated to doing everything we can to help our employees and our communities.

Whether you have an existing reservation with us, or are considering a future visit to our properties, please know that we are taking the current pandemic situation very seriously.  We are taking a thoughtful approach to set an even higher bar of cleanliness beyond our already stringent cleaning practices.  Our goal is to ensure that everything we do meets or exceeds the guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Governor’s reopening plan.

Please contact us if you have questions regarding a reservation.  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are providing you additional flexibility should you need to cancel or modify your reservation.  All “non-refundable” (described as “non-cancellable”, “Advanced Purchase”) reservations that are scheduled for arrival between May 1 and June 30, 2020 can be changed or cancelled up to your scheduled arrival day.  Changes are subject to availability and any rate differences based on the new arrival date.  Cancellations may receive a gift card or a refund in the amount collected as the advanced deposit for the original reservation, whichever you prefer.
