Here at Ogunquit.com, we’re very honored to share the news that our parent company, Hanson Enterprises LLC, was among the winners at the latest Maine Family Business Awards!
At a gala held in Portland, Maine earlier this month, we were honored to receive the Chalmers Insurance Group Customer Service Award, which recognizes excellence in such areas as “commitment to exceeding expectations,” “commitment to continuous improvement of customer service,” and “examples of compassion and care that go beyond typical expectations for customer service.”
Customer Service: Our Number-One Priority
Those traits are indeed at the very heart of our mission. We’re deeply moved by this recognition, as customer service has been the core of our business since Day One. Making sure that our guests at the Gorges Grant Hotel, the Milestone, the Juniper Hill Inn, and the Cottage at Acorn Lane receive the absolute utmost in hospitality is our everyday mission, and it’s what keeps us ever-striving to refine and expand our services.
(The same spirit certainly goes into Raspberri’s Restaurant, where part of regular customer service means serving up lots and lots of to-die-for Belgian waffles…)
We’re enormously grateful to the Institute for Family-Owned Business and the independent panel of judges that selected the seven winners of the 2017 Maine Family Business Awards, the 18th annual, from among 166 very worthy nominees and 20 finalists.
